The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School by Jon Kabat-Zinn has helped thousands of people over the past four decades achieve greater strength and resilience in their medical and psychological health.
The MBWE program will provide:
- Training in mindfulness skills in order to enhance overall wellness and health
- The simple mindfulness practices and information about stress and well-being in order to help prevent illness and grow in resilience and overall health.
- Participants will obtain the skills and knowledge to help them to live healthier and assist others on their mindfulness journey
Time/Duration: 8 Meetings (1 week apart), each 2.5 Hours Long
