Have you ever taken a few deep breaths to calm yourself down?


If the answer is yes, you’ve already taken the first step into practicing mindfulness. We want everyone to experience the benefits of taking 3 breaths.


Pausing in the chaos of your day-to-day life to breathe can be a simple, easy way to:

  • Provide quiet moments of focus

  • Relieve stress

  • Live in the moment

  • Let go of negativity

  • And so much more!

  • THE #BREATH123 PROCESS

  • Inhale slowly through your nose

  • Hold it for a few seconds, noting what you’re currently experiencing and feeling

  • Exhale slowly through your mouth  

  • Repeat this process two more times, or as long as it feels right to you.
