We want everyone to experience the benefits of simply taking 3 breaths.
Taking 3 breaths can be a simple, easy way to help you:
- Provide quiet moments of focus
- Relieve stress
- Live in the moment
- Let go of negativity
- And so much more!
- Inhale slowly through your nose
- Hold it for a few seconds, noting what you’re currently experiencing and feeling
- Exhale slowly through your mouth
Repeat this process two more times, or as long as it feels right to you.
