#Breathe123

Have you ever taken a few deep breaths to calm yourself down?

Guess what? You’ve taken the first step into practicing mindfulness.

We want everyone to experience the benefits of simply taking 3 breaths.

Taking 3 breaths can be a simple, easy way to help you:

  • Provide quiet moments of focus
  • Relieve stress
  • Live in the moment
  • Let go of negativity
  • And so much more!

THE #BREATHE123 PROCESS

  1. Inhale slowly through your nose
  2. Hold it for a few seconds, noting what you’re currently experiencing and feeling
  3. Exhale slowly through your mouth

Repeat this process two more times, or as long as it feels right to you.

Hopefully taking a moment to pause and reflect will help you let go of frustrations and more fully enjoy the good moments! Help us spread the practice of mindfulness by sharing your mindful moments on social media with #Breathe123.
